Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply if you choose to take up a subscription to East Lothian Life.

Your subscription entitles you to receive East Lothian Life published four times a year. Prices quoted can be changed at any time at our discretion. Prices quoted include delivery charges. Subscriptions are not liable to VAT in the UK.

We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your order. Upon receipt of payment your subscription will be started with our next issue, which will be dispatched upon publication. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive any issues because you have provided us with an incomplete or incorrect address. In order to avoid such mishaps, please notify us in the event your address changes.

If we hold your email details you will receive emails from us regarding your subscription. If you provide us with a phone number, we will only use this to contact you about delivery of your subscription. We use the personal and transactional information (name, address, email address) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription. We do not hold any credit card details. Unless caused by fraud or negligence on behalf of our staff we do not accept any liability for any misuse of your information by any other person. We may use third parties to assist in the provision and fulfilment of any part of the subscription service on our behalf. We may pass your personal information provided by you to such third parties but only for the purposes of providing the subscription service to you.

We hope you enjoy your subscription. Subscriptions are non-transferable. Auto-renewal subscriptions last for 12 months and will be renewed annually.
